1. HOW DOES YOUR SERVICE WORK?
FastBoy Delivery provides delivery from your favorite Jersey City restaurants to homes, businesses, schools, etc. in JERSEY CITY, HOBOKEN and BAYONNE. Orders can be placed online at www.fastboydelivery.com or you can call (201) 659-0652. First, tell us your zip code or city where you would like the food delivered. Select the restaurant where you wish to order from, then you can start ordering.
2. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR DELIVERY?
Normally we quote around 30 minutes to an hour for the average delivery. Some orders may take longer depending on the size of the order and which restaurant the order is being placed from. Please be aware that we are working with some of the most popular restaurants in town and together we are working hard to provide the best customer service possible.
3. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
The delivery fee starts from $.99 depending on where you are and where the food is coming from. This service is available anywhere in Jersey City, Hoboken and Bayonne. Please be advised that some delivery fees are higher because some restaurants are Non-Partnered and we are constantly adding those restaurants to accommodate the requests of our loyal customers.
4. WHY DOES SOME RESTAURANTS HAVE HIGHER DELIVERY FEE?
Restaurants that have higher delivery fees are those that are Non-partnered. Please note that we are constantly expanding by adding more restaurants and services to accommodate the requests of our loyal customers.
5. CAN I PLACE ORDERS FROM MULTIPLE RESTAURANTS?
Yes. However, you must meet the required minimum order for each restaurant and pay an extra delivery fee for every additional restaurant that you order from.
6. IS GRATUITY FOR THE DRIVER INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE ORDER?
Gratuity is optional but very much appreciated. If you're paying via Credit Card, yes you may include the gratuity. Please consider their hard work to deliver your food promptly and professionally in your compensation.
7. HOW DO I MODIFY AN ITEM?
After you click on an item, it will be added at the top right side of the page where you can see the Shopping Cart. Click on the item and a window will pop up where you can select the quantity and also write additional Special Requests.
8. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once the order has been sent to the restaurant, it CANNOT be cancelled. Please contact one of the operation managers to cancel any advanced orders.
